Hi, I'm Michelle. I'm a mum and an NDIS support worker for kids in Brisbane. I help children and teens with disability build confidence, learn everyday skills and have fun, at their own pace.

As a mum, I know how much it takes to hand your child's care to someone new. So I hold myself to the standard I'd expect for my own family: reliable, prepared and genuinely invested in your child's progress.
For the past five years I've worked one-on-one with children and young people through the NDIS, many with behavioural support needs. I stay calm when things get tough, and I shape my approach around each child's personality, routines and goals.
I'm also part of your child's wider team. I work alongside their therapists and support coordinator so goals carry into everyday life, and I keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Michelle xIf your child loves any of these too, we'll get along just fine.
Every kid is different. We'll shape support around your child's goals, interests and NDIS plan.

Building independence with daily routines and personal care skills, one step at a time.
Light household tasks, a bit of tidying, and cooking together one recipe at a time.
Reliable transport to school, work, appointments and activities.
Walks, swimming and finding fun ways to move that your child actually enjoys.
For older teens and young people up to 21: resumes, job applications, interview prep and settling into a new role.
Swings, slides and practising saying hi to a new friend.
Ordering their own ice cream, with me cheering quietly from the side.
Glue, glitter and a lot of proud showing off.
A calm, familiar routine to finish the day on a good note.
Some kids need a little extra support with big feelings. I bring patience, understanding and a steady approach, so your child feels safe and knows what to expect.
If your child has a behaviour support plan, I'm happy to follow it, so everyone responds in the same way.
I stay calm and steady, especially when things get tough, and give your child the time they need.
Every child is different, so I take the time to learn what helps yours feel settled and confident.
Handy for you, your plan manager or support coordinator.
I'm happy to work alongside your child's OT, speech therapist, behaviour therapist and other professionals, so the goals they're working on carry over into everyday life.
For self managed and plan managed participants.
Send me a quick text or email. Tell me a bit about your child. No forms needed.
We catch up so your child can get to know me first. No cost, no pressure.
We agree on times and goals together, then the fun starts.
And if we're not the right fit, that's completely okay. I'll help you find someone who is.
"Michelle is the best."
Michelle has been coming to us for about 4 months now to help with my 7yo son. Honestly cannot fault her. She was so patient with him right from day dot while he got used to a new face. Now he gets his shoes on waiting at the door when he knows she's coming! She takes him to the park, helps him work through his meltdowns without making a drama, and gives me a much needed break to get stuff done around the house. Absolute lifesaver.
"Turned up, got stuck in, kids loved her."
We've had a few workers over the years who just sat on their phones, but Michelle was brilliant. Showed up right on time, no fuss, and got straight into helping our teen with his weekend routine. Super polite, great communication, and always keeps us in the loop. Will definitely be keeping her on our regular roster.
"So glad we found Michelle!"
It's hard letting someone into your home to look after your child, but Michelle made it so easy. She's super reliable, never cancels last minute, and is fantastic with my daughter who can be pretty non-verbal and anxious around new people. Michelle picked up her routine straight away and actually listens to how we like things done. Couldn't ask for a better support worker.
